Stairs, stairs and more stairs

I really enjoyed my Machu Picchu adventure. It was both physically and mentally challenging.

Our guide was really good and able to transfer the right "inca spirit" as well as a lot of interesting information about the inca. The trail offered lots of different landscapes and highlights, even though I couldn't always appreciate the beauty of the ancient inca stairs while still on the trek! even though it was rainy season the weather wasn't too bad and we had some sunny hours.

Besides all the positive things accommodation was really really basic.
