Surprising but….

I feel honored to get the opportunity to see this beautiful country through the Peruvian point of view and experience a challenging, but fulfilling, adventure. I loved learning about the history of the Salkantay trail, the Incan people and their history and living and being within the beautiful Pachamama for 4-5 days. At the same time, meeting people from around the world was an added bonus but I wish that I could’ve spoken more Spanish. Overall, I am so proud of myself for completing this magical and surprising adventure. I can honestly say that it was not what I expected but it was also a dream come true.
