Starting out, I was very nervous. Victor (our guide) made me feel better by saying I can go at my own pace.
The food was delicious, although I was worried the portions weren't big enough for me at times. However, They explained that too much food could be harmful on the trail (which turned out to be very true lol). Overall, there were some very difficult moments followed by wonderful scenery and majestic ruins.
Once we got to camp every night, I truly felt the day's hike was well worth and was a great sense of accomplishment. At the end of the tour, I was very sore, but felt great about completing this once in a lifetime journey.
Thank you!.
