The cultural experience

Really enjoyed the hike. It was great fun going with a group of friends – we shared funny moments and supported each other along the way. I was very impressed by the level of effort put in by the cooking staff to prepare our meals. The dedication of the porters, their camaraderie and good cheer, made up a large part of the cultural experience for me, on top of the interesting inca sights and breathtaking scenery. Our guide was very responsible and I liked his passive but yet engaged style. He would let us trek at our own pace and fill us in at key junctures. Overall this was a truly memorable experience, more than I bargained for. I would recommend it to friends and family up for some adventure !!!.
