I thoroughly enjoyed The Inka Trail adventure. It was very difficult but worth every step. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the Andes and Inka history . I mostly loved the way he brought the guests together with the porters who are indigenous people. We really are one people ! I learned so much about Peru and the Quechua traditions and customs. I highly recommend this trip to adventurous trekkers. The only negative is the condition of the restrooms along the trail. Lots of people travel the Inka Trail everyday and they need a clean, working place to go.
