Chat on WhatsAppI had the most amazing time on my trek with Inca Trail Reservations . I came with a friend and everything was smooth from booking to airport pick-up to arriving on the trail. Inca Trail Reservations is run efficiently and if you decide to challange yourself and hike the trail to Machu Picchu, you'd be hard pressed to find a better outfit to take you.
As I said above, a hike on the Inca Trail from KM 82 to Machu Picchu is a once in a lifetime adventure, and something any adventurous person should do if the opportunity arises. But do understand that this isn't an easy trek. One day you ascend over 1000 meters and another day you hike 16 kms, all at 9000 feet or higher. This trek requires some conditioning before arrival, especially if you live at sea level. So if you have that adventurous spirit, hop on the treadmill, hit the gym for some cardio and get on a plane to Cusco. I guarantee you won't be disappointed in your decision.
As a result of this trip, I have a much better understanding of and appreciation for not just the Incas of the past, thank you for the great experience.
