This by far one of the best adventures i have done. Look no further and just do it!!! If you go you will be surprised...i was. The walk is hard but everyone can do it.
Be prepared but also don't worry, the guide and porters will get you there. So nice to show up to camp and havcamp set up and have food ready.
The porters will become your friends and becomes the family for your four days. The porters not only carry your gear for the trek but they are there for all of your "camping issues". They know when it is going to rain, the know when you need a towel to wash your hands they are mindful.
The guide was amazing, Ronny the Puma was patient to everyone needs and always was aware of the hiking pace of the group and kept the "family spirit" alive in the group.
Ronny shared the Inca ways in just the right way. He had great stories of how it all happened, and was always able to answer the questions of the group.
Sow now about those Incas.
I believe the most intelligent people we know. This trek will give you a new appreciation for life and humans.
Do this trip.
