My whole experience with the Inca Trail Reservations was superior. I was amazed first of all with the administrative capability of Fanny my representative. Really a professional ! Johnathan our tour guide was exceptional! He really encouraged me when I didn\’t think I would make it through the second day. The food was so elaborate and unexpected. The porters were great. It\’s a good trek for people over 60. Johnathan will really take care of you ! One improvement is needed. The office needs to understand the weight of a pad and sleeping bag and estimate the weight for the client more accurately. This is my only criticism.
