The start of the walk was at a nice gentle pace which slowly eased us into the challenge ahead. The guides, Mani and Marco were so passionate about the trail and its history, which made it so much more exciting.
The porters were extremely hard working, and made the breaks so much nicer, providing us with drinks on arrival, outstanding food, and great shelter from the elements. The trip was well organized and timed to perfection. I would recommend to everyone and anyone, I can't imagine a tour better.
It catered for people of all abilities. Mani and Marco welcomed us all as family and I will remember forever.
