Trekking away

Wow ! ... What a great but hard trek. It was very challenging but the guides were very understanding. The first day there is a long trip by bus, which in its own, was interesting. The sights you see while traveling to the first check point of the trek was brilliant. Humantay lake was breathtaking so definitely worth the extra 3 hour hike in the afternoon.

Food was brilliant but just wish there would be a little more. There were long hours waiting between food but other than that it was great. Be prepared for cold weather in the evenings, warm during the day, possible altitude sickness and be sure to take lots of water.
