The first morning started bright and early, but seeing the sun come up while driving was a beautiful experience. The hike the first day was challenging, however it was a good way to get acclimated to the thin mountain air. The lake hike on the first day was fantastic.
The next day was the most challenging but seeing the landscape change so much in one day was amazing. The camp site on the second day was beautiful, overlooking the jungle. The hike the third day was an easy cool down from the first two and it was nice to enjoy the landscape! Thank you!
