I loved hiking through the Andes Mountains. Each day got better and better. I was in awe of the beauty of the mountains.
Day one started with 2 bus rides, and then we started our hike. We hiked for short while before lunch then hiked on an easy up for another short amount of time.Dinner was amazing.
Day 2. The hardest day from what we heard. Starting up a steep mountain with our packs on our backs was an adventure. The best adventure. It was easier than I thought making it to Dead Woman's Pass. I hated the downhill for 1.5 hours that afternoon!.
Day 3. Up down up down. Longest day but possibly the best day with so many ruins.
Day 4. 3:30 wake up call and Machu Picchu! Not a day of rain. It was a great trip and I made friends with people from all over the world, France, Arkansas, Germany, Seattle, Netherlands, Peru, and Scottland.
