The trek to Machu Picchu was absolutely amazing! 😎This has been on my bucket list & I was very happy to be able to experience it with great friends. Our guide, Lizandro was very attentive, observant, knowledgable, encouraging, caring, & fun! He made the adventure one of a kind, I will definitley recommend this tour group to friends. Our group arrived a few days before the trek & we ate out, but nothing was as good as the chef we had on the tour. Antonio cooked outstanding true Peruvian food. I loved everything that was served. I also admire the horseman, Jose & all the hardwork he did! It was the first time we all conquered a mountain over 15,000 feet, it was very difficult but rewarding. I can\’t wait to see the ruins tomorrow!!!! Peru is a beautiful country & I\’m sad to have to leave. The people here have been so genuinely nice. I plan on visiting again in the future. This was a trip of a lifetime with unforgettable memories!😝.
