The Inca Trail . What an adventure. We departed Cusco early one morning on the small mini bus with strangers who would soon become our friends.
The beginning we took off and the first day was a breeze. We were treated to a couple of Inca sites and an easy walk through villages. We were introduced to The inca history and were fed extremely well. The next day was tough¡ up hill all day. The nexo was the best¡ clouds lifted even though it was a cold nights sleep. Best views of the whole trip. Machu Picchu was a great.
The only let down was that We were expected to tip the porters, even though We paÃd over 600 for the trip. They should have fiar wages. Pedro is a legend. Best guide Ever¡¡¡
