I have always wanted to visit Perú because I love the culture and climate. In my opinion the Inka Trail was a wonderful way to experience this beautiful country. I love hiking in mountains and wanted to challenge myself in the Andes. When I see beautiful natural places my knees \”buckle\” from being awe. It was a special moment for me climbing up the monkey steps and stepping through the Sun Gate after the build up of 4 days of hiking. I never had porters or guides in all my hiking so I felt pampered and made a lot of new friends :).
