Booking the Inca Trail from London, I thought i was going to be going on a steady stroll along perus mountainside ending in the famous macchu Picchu. In reality it was the hardest hike I have ever done. It meant I saw the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. The hike was challenging but well worth it. Even if my knees don\’t agree, I have memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks to the Inka trail I have met some amazing people from all over the world. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and feel lucky enough to have said I have walked the trail of the Incas.
