If you like nature (mountains, rivers, waterfalls, jungles), then this trip is perfect! The trek was very well organized, with two great guides, Carlos and Jorge, several cooks and horsemen that carry equipment and bags and set up tents at each campsite along the way (a huge help while trekking at high altitude).
Our lead guide, Carlos, was great. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny,speaks great English and will make sure you have a good time. In addition, the cooking staff prepared three excellent meals per day not an easy feat at 4000m in the Andes mountains.
The trip culminates with a fantastic visit to Machu Picchu. Overall, the trip was a great experience. !!!
