I absolutely loved this trip! Even though at times the trek was hard it was enjoyable and a breathtaking experience. Our group was fantastic and Victor our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. This was a once in a lifetime experience and it was well worth it. The Salkantany trek is totally worth it and I think even better than the Inca Trail since you get to go through the snowy pass and see a beautiful lake. The food was some of the best I have ever had and the crew was on top of their game! One thing I will warn folks is if you despise Mosquitos this trip is pack full of them and you will be bitten many many times. As Victor would say, \”excellenta chicos!\”.
