Although the hiking was difficult, the trip was well worth it and the guides and porters made the trip much easier, entertaining, and comfortable. The food was delicious and plenty – I eat a lot, especially as an American (US) and especially after hiking all day, and I was never hungry. The journey was so great! Can’t recommend it enough. Ask for Raul and Jose as guides, if you can!. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was because the tent leaked one night a little, but after I let the team know they responded and fixed it quickly. Great trip overall!.
