Inca Trail Reservations was timely, professional, and courteous every step of the way from the initial booking through the end of the trip. The Office Staff was attentive and helpful, accommodating our needs and in helping us to book additional activities and transportation. The trek itself was extremely difficult, but the guides were fully capable in managing every persons´skill level. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the food throughout the trek, and eagerly looked forward to our rewarding meals after long days of hiking. The porters were fantastic, dependable, and impressively efficient. I wish we had more opportunities to interact with them, as we were not introduced to them individually until the last night. The guides went above and beyond our expectations, as they contained a vast knowledge of the trail itself, the ruins along the way, Inca history, and Peruvian culture. They were able to keep our morale high when the trail was difficult, and were great in preparing us for the upcoming challenges. Once we entered the Sun Gate and descended to Machupicchu, we were absolutely certain that it was worth the grueling trek and made it that much sweeter. I would whole heartedly recommend Inca Trail Reservations to everyone.
Inca Trail Reservations hosts an amazing Inca Trail trek through the gorgeous Andes. Our experience was one we will never forget. Our tour guide Pancho was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was safe. The four day trek was epic. My favorite part of our trek was bonding with the people that were in our group. We met people from around the world and learned so many new things about their cultures in addition to learning more about the Peruvian culture. The porters also took good care of us. They worked hard to carry the tents, always cooked delicious meals, and woke us up with coca tea every morning. My favorite dishes were always the warm soups they cooked for dinner. Climbing for 4 days straight is not an easy task. Be prepared for rain, sun, fog etc. In the end it is all worth it. Machupicchu is beyond beautiful. The tour through the city is amazing and the views are spectacular. One of the things that I will take away from this trip is how kind the people of Peru are. Thank you Inca Trail Reservations for an Epic experience I will never forget.
