Chat on WhatsAppWe started our trip from Ollantaytambo. The weather was almost perfect during all four days, although we had some rain on the third day. Therefore I would really recommend to bring professional cloths and a mattress for the tents as the ground can be quiet hard only with a sleeping bag. During the trip all camps have been ready by the time we arrived there. In additon to that hot beverages were also ready and we were able to rest a little bit. This was appreciated by the whole group. In addition to that I have to express how good the quality of the food was. We had a diverse group consisting of Italian, US, German, Sweden, Turkey and India but all liked the food very much!!!
My impressions from Machupicchu are great. We had a sunny day so we were able to observe the whole area and had an awesome view from Huayanapicchu. Our Guide Roberto was funny but also experienced and well prepared at the same time. During the evenings we had a lot of fun talking with him and Edson (the other guide). From my point of view we learned a lot about the culture of the incas.
I will recommend the trip to my friends as all arrangements were according to my expectations! I was really happy!
