It is such a beautiful landscape , the hike was fun and our guides, Freddie, Joanna and Fernando were completely awesome: great fun, caring, responsible, informative and helpful, they really made our trip perfect. I also think the porters deserve medals!! They are totally amazing super humans. I struggled to believe how they could carry our equipment, run along the trail, arrive before us, set everything up, cook amazing meals, be polite and helpful and generally lovely. They are brilliant.
When we arrived in Machu Picchu Freddie gave us a really good guided tour and sorted out the logistics of us returning really competently. Fernando and Joanna had to go on another Inca Trail today, one day after finishing, they must be exhausted as they put so much effort into our trip. Fernando was great at looking after the slower people at the back, so patient never acting like he was frustrated with going slowly or having to wait. Overall, the Inca Trail was made great by the brilliant service of our guides and porters, I will remember it! Thank you so much Inca Trail Reservations !
