Chat on WhatsAppI enjoyed the entire trip from beginning to end. The trail was beautiful and the archeological sites were amazing and interesting. Our guides, Guido and Roberto were excellent and a great team, each bringing a variety of characteristics and knowledge to the trip. Roberto gave excellent explanations of the sites and continually shared information about the trail, the animals, the flora and fauna and had a great attitude and a great command of the English language. Guido was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Both guides added a personal element to our experience, making it authentic and worthwhile. The porters were friendly, helpful and always went out of their way to make everyone comfortable. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and we were able to experience a variety of Peruvian dishes that were unique and awesome. Valentine is an excellent chef!
I have done a great deal of hiking in high elevations and still thought that this was a very difficult trail. It would be helpful to have a paper, similar to the map, but providing a more detailed itinerary of the trek…what to expect each day, how many hours, when to eat, etc.
I would recommend this company to others and would come again in the future! Once again, the people, guides, porters—make the experience amazing!!!!! I miss them all! ¡Muchas gracias!
