First of all I thought it would be much harder for me, it is a hard trek especially the second day but I think if you are regular fit it wouldn't be any problem. The food was better than I was expecting and you will not go hungry. My guide was very friendly and really wanted us to learn things along the way.
Everyone can walk with their own pace without any complains. The best activity was the hot springs because when you have walked 40-50 km you really need it. I really recommend this trek because you will learn many things about everything from a flower to the culture of Peru. If you have the time do this trek.
