First of all I want to thank our guides Raul and Guido for everything. They were very helpful with all the group members and gave us a lot of informations about the trail, inca history and inca culture. More than guides, they became friends to me.
For me the trail was much easier than I expected. The porters and the cook made our life so much easier that sometimes I even forgot that I was in the middle of the jungle. Coca tea when we walked up, soup, varied dishes and even desert! The best meals I had in Peru.
The nature is unbelievable. The Inca Trail is one of the hardest track I did so far. The second day is really tough, but every time I stop to rest and look at the beautiful scenario, I remember why i was there and I was worth it.
I also want to thank all my group for sharing this amazing experience with me. Is a mystery to me how people from so different countries, different cultures can have so much in common and have such a wonderful time together.
And finally, I want to thank Inca Trail Reservations for the professional work from the beggining to the end. As a brasilian, I know sometimes is difficult to get things done in south america. And when the job is done with excellence, we have to be proud.
