My first day had me scared that i might not survive the trek. It kicked my butt more than i thought it would.
However, the second day was the hardest. I was encouraged to take my time and i did and was rewarded with an intense feeling of accomplishment when i reached our campsite and was rewarded with a delicious lunch.
The third day was the longest and perhaps harder on my sore muscle. There were so many beautiful sites to see however that it was totally worth it!!mthen because we arrived early we had the opportunity to see one more amazing inca site.
The 4th Day was early and the wait was a little cold while waiting for the check point to open. Once we started hiking you could watched the sun rise over the mountains that surrounded you. Once you reach he Sun Gate the view of Macchu Picchu makes the whole hike worth it! You feel amazing that you have hikes the whole trek.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip the views and history were amazing and excellently explained by our Guide. When we reached our camp it was always set up and the food was soo good. I will recommend Inca Trail Reservations to everyone !!!.
