The trek : Very well planned in terms of altitude & physical challenge. (Would advise at least 2 days' acclimatisation in Cusco beforehand).Beautiful scenery, incredible variety of plant life & climate.
The food : Best food I've had on a trek, hands down. Vegetables and everything!.
The accommodation:Good campsites, all staff helpful & courteous. Bring really, really warm things for the first night!.
The group : Lovely people. Many laughs were had.
The guide (Raul) : Knowledgeable, friendly, fun, relaxed, handsome... Excellent!.
I'd recommend this trek to anyone who's willing to put a bit more time & effort in for a truly memorable experience.I have several words left to use up.
