Amazing adventure to Machu Picchu

I had a great time doing the Salkantay trek. Our guides Raul and Marco were great tour guides. The hike was challenging but extremely rewarding. We were also fed very well.

My friend and I had packed crappy sleeping bags and we were able to get warm blankets for sleeping which was great. (It did cost 35 soles per blanket though so bring a warm sleeping bag, the first night was very cold).

I would recommend this trek to anyone... just prepare yourself for sore legs and joints. Inca Trail Reservations / Salkantay.org is the place to book your Machu Picchu trip. Thanks !!
