Chat on WhatsAppThis has been the most rewarding experience. The trail was hard but the moral from the guides Edwin and Jim helped all of our group persevere when the trail was tough. Edwin was very informative with his explanations, his depth of knowledge about the trial made it interesting.
The trail was challenging. Going up was hard work but incredibly rewarding when you got to the top and saw the amazing views. They were totally breathtaking ! We were all looking forward to the down hill but this was tougher than going up. Seeing the Inca sites along the trail really allowed you to piece the Inca period together and made all the hard work worth while.
The food was amazing, it was unbelievable how the chef could prepare food better than restaurants up a mountain. The porters were incredible, they were helpful and made the trail look easy... Even though they were carrying large bags on their backs with all our food and tents.
I would totally recommend Inca Trail Reservations for anyone wanting to do the trail... fantastic service !
