When I started this journey I did not know what to expect even though I read many reviews. It was exciting to meet 6 other young people like myself who motivated me to finish the trail. I wasn\’t prepared with the appropriate rain protection bags but I did get some from the agency \”Inca Trail Reservations\” which really helped since the last and fourth day it began to rain. The second day I felt like I would not make it but I did take frequent breaks which helped. My group was also really cool and we drank rum on the second night sharing funny stories.
