It was a beautiful trail. We took the train very early in the morning and started our trail at km 104 where our guide Edson was waiting for us. Very friendly, helpful, and with a lot of attention we walked up to Wiñay Wayna. Beautiful Inca site where we had a delicious lunch. After a little rest, down to Machu Picchu. We passed by the camping site, the Monkey stairs and arrived in the afternoon at the Sun Gate (Inti Punku sun gate) A spectacular view, no words can describe what you see!!! The day after we had the sunrise at Machu Picchu and discover the site. Don't forget to walk to the Inca bridge. Worthwhile.
For "not so young" people this is awesome trip and possible with a good condition.
