Electrolyte tablets… Check

The Inca Trail was every bit as hard as I expected but Ever and the porters made it a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. Our guide, Ever, went above and beyond, even stitching together my backpack at one point. The meals on the trip were unbelievable! I never expected such quality food. From start to finish Inca Trail Reservations was an invaluable resource, even helping out with information and directions upon my arrival to Cusco.

This trek through the Andes mountains is no joke. My advice to anyone contemplating the the Inca Trail: prepare your body, and don't forget to pack electoryte tablets
