Chat on WhatsAppIt has definitely been a really nice trip to Machu Picchu. I was looking forward to this adventure for so long.
The company was really caring, someone of the company is coming the day before to your hostel and explanes everything and answers your last questions. They are really quick in answering e-mail so there's nothing to complain about them. The only thing to critisize is the trip itself. Your are paying way too much for the trip. But this isn't to be changed. This price was one of the cheapest we could find. Furthemore the porters and the Guides are probably those getting the least of the amount.
In gerneral if you're looking forward to a hiking adventure, you could choos from a thousand other Trips and visit Machu Picchu in a one day trip. But if you really desperatly want to do the inka trail there couldn't be a better company than this one.
