Wow- it's rare that something not only meets my expectations but also exceeds them. Having come from a background in customer service, I was pleased with the team's focus on customer experience. All members of the team had a sense of hospitality that was unexpected and welcomed with every day.

Eber was stellar from the start. He shared knowledge about the trek, the location, fauna... Even the occasional flute pipe music brought a sense of authenticity to the experience. Eber made an effort to connect with all of us... Answering our constant questions along the way while not getting annoyed never losing his cool.

Raul, Wilber & Rual where also great. We couldn't have had such a seamless experience had it not been for those guys. The food was great, accommodations where up I'm time... Seamless. The crew made it so that all we had to do was enjoy.
