This trek was beyond everything I expected. Lizandro, our guide was very attentive and so knowledgable of the history of Peru. I would highly recommend him as a guide if you plan on doing this trek.
The chef, Antonio made sure our stomachs were filled each day. The food spread was so delicious and definitely gave you the energy to continue the trek each day. So many unforgettable memories made with such great friends on this adventure.
This was my first out of country experience and it definitely won't be my last. Cheers to many more epic adventures. Arriba, Abajo, Al Centro, A Dentro.
