I even had a phone call to confirm booking and some instant messenger chat to answer my questions. We then had an informative briefing the night before our trek with our guide Victor who spoke very good English.
Throughout the trek our porter team and Victor were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition the food was top notch (on the side of a mountain). Victor was also knowledgeable about Machu Picchu during our guided visit on the last day making the whole experience enjoyable and well organized.
This was one of the best experiences of my life so far and I would fully recommend this tour with Inca Trail Reservations and Victor to anyone.
