The tour guides were absolutely amazing... they were so knowledgeable and passionate and had a great sense of humor. They made us laugh and were so encouraging and supportive throughout the whole experience. The rest of the crew was amazing as well... they were such a huge help and did seemingly impossible things for us when they set up camp, cooked, cleaned, and carried all the supplies for us all the way through the trail.
Our group was so friendly and nice and we all cheered each other on through the tough times. Our first sighting of Machu Picchu at the end of the three days was absolutely beyond words and was a moment that I will never forget.
