The views along the trail were breathtaking (both figuratively and literally 4700m altitude!) and the quality and organization of the trek by our tour guides was exceptional. Our guides, Carlos and Marcos, were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout,not to mention well dressed.
The food was delicious and always filling. 530am tent-side tea service almost made waking up at 530am worth it. Tea time started promptly at 530pm and was served with fresh popcorn and wontons, revolutionizing the way I will take my tea I.
The future. All in all it was an amazing experience and the Zipline and hot springs should not be missed, nor should the opportunities for free t-shirts. Buen provecho Salkantay !
