From day one the sun was shining, the family (group) were in great spirits and we wandered our way through the valleys.

On the first evening we had a family meal sharing plates, huddled in our tent...our porters were always there to help. As we nestled down on the first evening in the local family small holding, the sound of donkeys eating...the sun set and we went to bed. Woken by the morning song cockerels opening the tent to the mist in the valley and a nice warm cup of coca tea.

Day two was a challenge but we came together as a team nevertheless and scaled dead woman's pass day three was beautiful and day four finished with a great tour of Machu Picchu. Now drinking pisco sours perfect.
