Chat on WhatsAppI had a fantastic hike with Inca Trail Reservations . Our guide Ronny was fantastic from the beginning, always providing plenty of information about the local region and history of the inca's, as well as having a friendly personality and great sense of humour.
Ronny was particularly helpful and caring when my partner became ill on day 3. Ronny ensured there was plenty of rest time for my partner, walked with my partner all afternoon to ensure he was ok and even carried his pack. His assistance and care well exceeded my expectations.
The chef and porters also deserve a special commendation. The team were always friendly, very efficient and caring. Meals and tents were also setup and provided on time, including at times when it was raining.Again the chef catered for my friend with special dietary requirements, while the porters assisted my partner with a special tea when he was ill.
I hope the team is appropriately remunerated. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this trip and tour group to all.
