Our guide was amazing, food was great. Lots of steps so be ready! The ruins along the way were amazing.
Low on tourists as compared to Machu Pichuu so worth it if you want to get some unique pics without the crowds. Our guide did everything to take care of us and was very knowledgeable about the ruins and culture. Once in a lifetime experience and well worth it.
I would recommend bringing some good rain gear, quick dry pants and hiring a full porter to carry up to 15 kilos. This will allow you to keep a small day pack that you can hike with.
