We successfully conquered Dead Woman's Pass and the "Gringo Killer" and were able to visit six Inca sites on our third day, which Marco said was something not many accomplish (although he was probably just trying to boost our spirits). Our Chaskis were almost súper human with their speed and strength, we enjoyed their smiles each day no mater how exhausted they were.
Our very early final morning led us to a very cloudy view from Sun Gate, but shortly down the trail Machu Picchu was in view, leaving us breathless. We explored a bit and took lots of photos and tested our legs one last time and climbed to the top of Huaynapicchu.
Our trÃp was an amazing experience!!.
