Making the Inca Trail reservation was very simple on your web site. We also had a lot of help before arriving to Peru to plan our activities. The trail itself was amazing, and the group with which we walked it was very enjoyable.
The porters were respectful, always smilling and present for us the whole way. The meals were all very tasty, our compliment to the chef of the expedition. Also they were plentiful, we were never hungry. The tents were clean, althought I doubt they were for 4 people ( my guess is that they are for 3 people, which should be advertised instead of 4).
The guide (Juan Carlos) was very present and always knowledgeable. We all appreciated his passion of the Inka civilization. I think it should be advertised on the company's website that tips are expected for the porters and the chef. We were all very happy to give them a tip, but it cam a bit as a surprised.
The only downside of this whole adventure was the bus from Ollyantemple, where we had to wait for a number of people to fill the bus. It was much of a problem, but we would have liked to know ahead of time so it would come as surprised at the end of a very tireryng day.
