He was the best tour guide I could have ever asked for. The food was great - side note: I chose vegetarian option because I was scared we would get crazy meats, but the food wasn't crazy at all, just delicious! Beltran, our cook, was the greatest and Wilber, our porter, was the sweetest. This trip had its challenges but it had so many rewards as well. We were able to go zip lining, horse back riding, hiked to the most unbelievable dream like views and camped under some of the clearest skies I've ever witnessed. It is far from easy, but if you can muster up the courage to do it I highly recommend going through this program. It is safe, well prepared and absolutely educational all while still being fun!.
I met some of the coolest people while hiking and camping and can't wait keep in touch once we are back home. This is definitely one of the highlights of my life and I have Victor, my guide, to thank for that!.
