Our guides were knowledgeable and fun, the porters were super helpful and reliable, and I am very glad I did this. The food alone was great even if we hadn't been on the trail. Professional restaurant quality chef that helped us try many local foods! There was no pressure to hike particularly fast so a range of abilities could do it, but still definitely not an easy hike, and the camping can be difficult too, but if you like to hike, definitely do this trip with Inca Trail Reservations .
The group dynamic was very fun and we met people from all over the world. Special shout out to Rony and Juan our wonderful guides! Rony went in front and Juan stayed wth the people in the back who wanted a slower pace.
