Amazing staff, very organized, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable! Henry knew so much and was able to communicate effectively.

He was fun and smart. He adapted on the fly based on how we were feeling and how much energy we had. He made the experience feel unique and as if we got to see off the beaten path places that other tours would not normally get to see. I live in New York and restaurants are a big interest of mine and Chef Santos and Justino cooked up some consistently amazing authentic food which was a bonus I did not expect.

Honorato was very reliable and hard working, we were very fortunate to have him on our team. Great experience all around!.
