Chat on WhatsAppI do not think i could had a better experience trekking to machu picchu with Inca Trail Reservations . Not only were we picked up from the airport and transported to our hostel, but we were briefed the night before our trek so we knew exactly what we needed and what we needed to do. Our guides Raul and Guido were amazing. They were informative and very entertaining. We laughed all the way to Machu Picchu, forgetting how sore our bodies were from the trek.
Raul would stop us on the trek and explain certain aspects of the ancient culture and relate it to modern Peru. During the trek our entire group bonded over this amazing experience and this trip will be something we will remember forever. We were in awe of the abilities of our porters and cook. What they accomplished on this trail was nothing short of amazing.
When we arrived to our campsites, our tents were set and our meals already cooking. The food was without a doubt the BEST food we had in all of Peru, and it was all cooked with a propane tank and a camping stove. We had every kind of meat, soup every meal, fresh vegetables, and even desert. For the trekkers who were not as advanced, there was always a guide behind to make sure everyone got to where they needed to go and no one was left behind due to inexperience or ability.
I would recommend Inca Trail Reservations to anyone who is thinking about trekking the Inca Trail to machu picchu, and remember to ask for Raul and Guido. Thank you for an experience I will never forget.
