Str8 smiles

After the first step of the trek I knew that I bit off more than what I could chew. Powered through the pain and negative thoughts once I saw the awesomeness of the trail.

Coming from BC Canada, i thought I was used to the breath taking beauty of mountains; turns out I was totally wrong because I have never seen mountains as awestruck as the mountains on the Inca Trail . As someone who has given up meat along with travel partners, we were all a little scared about the meals that would be prepared for us.

We were not let down at all. Not only was the food delicious but it was also nutritious! Some of the food was some of the best food I've had in my life.
