The Salkantay Slip and Slide

This challenging adventure was a fantastic experience and was an amazing way to see the beautiful country of Peru.

The hiking is rigorous but do-able. The tent accommodations are great. The chef's food is amazing!! Additionally, each morning were woken up with a hot cup of coca tea delivered to our tent which was a great way to start each day. The guide patiently answered all of our questions and led us safely through the mountains and jungle.

We went ziplining and it was a very cool experience - you can see everything hanging from a rope in the valley !!.
