After a lot of planning me and my best friend booked tickets to Peru and immediately afterwards we booked the Inca Trail because we know we had to book it in advance. In the first 10 days of our trip we visited Lima, Ica, Huacachina, Nazca, Arequipa, the Colca Canyon, Lake Titicaca and Cuzco. July 23th the Inca Trail started and I expected these four days to be the best days of our holiday.
Because our expectations were so high it could easily be a disappointment but it topped all our expectations. These 4 days were defÃnetly the most impressive days of my life. The tour was great, the guide was wonderful, the porters amazing and the overall experience will be in my mind forever. It is only 5 hours ago that we left Machu Picchu and finished the Inca Trail but it already seems like an unreal dream. I recommend the Inca Trail and Inca Trail Reservations to everyone!
